I recently visited Mirchandani Palms. I wish I had bought in the project. It is a phenomenal project - the layout is so open. And the flats are super spacious with best finishes that I have seen in Pune.
Unfortunately I was swayed by some of my IT folks who after buying gave bad ratings to the project. I would like them to exchange their flat with me and shift to my flat at GK Roseland. You have to see my project to know what you guys have and made me miss a wonderful opportunity.
