Builder is ok. Inquired in previous projects. It was ok. some delay is expected. Increase in cost is also expected as there is a clause in agreement. It has all the amenities offered in a big project. Still 30 flats remaining of 130 being offered for phase-1. Launched in apr 11.
100-150 inside the main road. don't see much issue there. Amenities are not in the middle but at the side which is a bit inconvenient.Booking price is around 3500 pst.
