Of course it is... ever you saw any location this end which is without huts, vast roads, dead end for market traffic, near to pawana river, predicted international airport nearby.
Even now a days talegaon and dahu road rates are much higher than this location too ..

If you are thinking to be stay in your own home at ravet after 2 year
this is the best project and best builder in the city.

Thinking of investment , Its all thumbs up for Ravet !
Pune is surely going to expand and assimilate the outskirts . The Pune real estate wave hit Pimple Saudagar and Wakad and look at those areas today ! As per estimate Pune needs 2,70,000 homes by 2014 . Ravet is the next thing and sure , it will be a good investment .
But as of today , its nothing there . If you buy a home today to stay there , wouldnt probably a wise decision .
